Although maternity care is already really client centered we believed there were more opportunities to deliver value to their clients in an authentic way. By expanding their product (maternity care of 8 days) to services for the entire client journey (from pregnancy to 1 year old babies).

Through 3 sessions together with the management team of Kraamzorg Zuid Gelderland we developed this vision further and sharpened their mission ‘maternity care with our whole our hearts’ to clear goals and actions.

In the next fase I was involved as process owner, guarding the designed strategy and helping to realize fitting service concepts. I supported in the development of a website re-design, ICT integration and client research, ect. One of the projects I am most proud on is an after-visit present the caregiver can leave behind.
